MONSTER
Two Children. Gone.
Justice Delayed. Justice Denied.
These Three Chapters Were Selected For a Reason:
Quiet Victories – Chapter 3
This chapter introduces Sabrina Butler, a 17-year-old mother wrongly accused of killing her baby, Walter. Before the trial, before the headlines that never came, there was just a teenager navigating poverty, loss, and love. Quiet Victories is where her story begins.
Monster – Chapter 10
Sabrina had waited nearly a year behind bars for the chance to be heard — for someone to finally listen to the truth. Monster takes you inside the courtroom where that moment came—where truth clashed with assumption, and a teenage girl faced the full weight of the justice system. This is the chapter that gives the book its name.
The Autopsy of JonBenét Ramsey – Chapter 16
Through a lens of research and fact, this chapter examines the actual autopsy findings of JonBenét Ramsey — moving past decades of speculation to focus on the physical evidence left behind. It’s a sobering look at what her body reveals—and what was overlooked in the search for justice.
Author Note
This is not a book of theories. This is a book of facts.
And it was written with one purpose in mind:
To tell the truth—without exploiting a little girl who has already had too much taken from her.
This project began nearly ten years ago, but it was only recently that I found the strength to finish it.
The story wouldn’t let go—and I knew, more than ever, that it needed to be told.
Not just for those who already know the names, but for those who don’t.
For those still waiting for their stories to be heard.
And for one little girl whose story has been heard for decades—yet whose truth remains unresolved—
I still remain hopeful that someday, this poor child will receive justice.
